I think most people know Clarkson was a horrible signing. People are either tired of saying it, or they assume that everyone knows by now. He's playing better, but his contract still should give everyone the shivers.

Will never be a good signing....hated it from the announcement, but poop happens - what are they gonna do? UFA season can be a crap shoot.
Draft and develop and limit their exposure to expensive and risky UFA signings like this.
